Refund policy

At This.toys, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged as a result of shipping.

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us at support@this.toys within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a complete unboxing video showing the parcel, packaging, and damage. Please keep the item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once your claim is approved, we will offer a full refund or replacement, subject to availability. We cover return shipping for approved damaged-in-transit claims and will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the claim is approved if a return is not required.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, accidental orders, duplicate items received from random blind box purchases, opened blind boxes, minor handmade variations, color differences caused by lighting or screen settings, damage caused after delivery, or outer packaging damage that has not affected the product itself. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
