Refund Policy

At This.toys, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged as a result of shipping.

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us at support@this.toys within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a complete unboxing video showing the parcel, packaging, and damage. Please keep the item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Once your claim is approved, we will offer a full refund or replacement, subject to availability. We cover return shipping for approved damaged-in-transit claims and will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the claim is approved if a return is not required.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, accidental orders, duplicate items received from random blind box purchases, opened blind boxes, minor handmade variations, color differences caused by lighting or screen settings, damage caused after delivery, or outer packaging damage that has not affected the product itself. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Blind Box & Packaging Options

1. Contents are random and unknown until opened. Specific styles cannot be chosen.
2. Options like Random One, Random Two, Random Three, or Random Four are shipped randomly and may include duplicates. To receive a full non-repeating set, please purchase the Whole Box option.
3. Some products offer “With Box” or “No Box” options — this refers only to whether the outer packaging box is included; the product itself remains the same.

Plush & BJD/MJD Dolls

After-Sales & Return Policy

3. Unboxing videos must clearly show all six sides of the parcel, the full opening process, the boxes/bags, and the damaged product. Keep the item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
4. Duplicate styles received from random blind box purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. Hidden styles are not guaranteed.
5. Minor handmade variations, color differences caused by lighting or screen settings, and outer packaging damage that has not affected the product itself are not eligible for return or replacement.
6. Once an eligible shipping-damage claim is approved, we will offer a full refund or replacement, subject to availability. We cover return shipping for approved claims and will provide instructions. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
